Our Founder
Hitoshi Nishikawa built Asia International on hard work, integrity, and a lifelong dedication to quality. Born and raised in Japan, he moved to Nebraska in 1970 to study Animal Sciences at the University of Nebraska — the first step in what became a 40-year career in the food industry.
Over the years, he worked closely with importers, exporters, and producers across North America and Asia, always focused on building lasting relationships and delivering the best products possible. His success came from simple values — trust, consistency, and respect for the craft.
Today, as the next generation carries on his work, we remain guided by the principles he lived by. Asia International stands as a reflection of his vision and dedication — a family business built strong standards.
